Find the perfect size
This shirt is a classic fit which means not oversized and not slim, t's a magical in-between. A stiffer collar and cuff provides structure and elevates any look.
- We recommend sizing up, unless you are petite
- If you're petite, take your normal size
- If you are taller than 5'10" we recommend sizing up x2, as it will be more comfortable through the arms
- Model is 6' size 2-4, wearing a size L

How to Care for UPF Clothing
At Some Sun® we're all about keeping clothing for as long as possible, which is why we're always looking at care labels and making sure our garments are cleaned in the way that helps them to last.
How should I launder my Some Sun® sun protection?
Always review the Care Label on the inside of your garment for specific directions. Generally, we recommend using a gentle cycle with cold water. Cold water minimizes fiber stretching and helps preserve the fabric’s UPF properties. Please note UPF properties diminish over time and with use, but caring for your garment helps to maintain it.
- Detergent Choice: Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners as they can weaken fibers and decrease UPF effectiveness.
- Drying Techniques: Air drying is best, as it maintains fabric strength and sun protection longer. Alternately, use low-heat gentle tumble drying.
- Ironing or Steaming: Most UPF fabrics are wrinkle-resistant, but if ironing is needed, set the iron to a low temperature. Excessive heat can break down the fibers used in UPF garments.
How long does sun protection clothing last?
Generally speaking, it is recommended by dermatologists to replace any brand of UPF attire every 1-2 years to maintain its current UPF value if worn with high frequency to ensure you are protected by the original UPF value. Some Sun's UPF clothing is not achieved through chemical washes, so our UPF lasts longer than chemical-coated UPF. Our attire can be worn for non-UPF uses, which means it can last and be used longer than most UPF clothing. Our premium fabric ensures its beauty will last.

UPF ratings are based on standardized laboratory testing according to AATCC 183.
UPF 50+ indicates excellent ultraviolet protection under laboratory testing conditions. Protection applies only to covered areas and actual protection may vary depending wear, stretching, laundering, and normal use. Please note that the UPF value may change over time due to wash and wear.
For comprehensive sun protection, combine UPF clothing with sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and shade.
