Some Sun products are designed to provide sun-protective benefits through specialized fabric construction and testing. UPF ratings are based on standardized laboratory testing, including AATCC TM183-2020. A UPF 50+ rating indicates that the fabric blocks at least 98% of ultraviolet radiation under controlled conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on real-world conditions, including wear, stretch, moisture, laundering, and environmental exposure.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No garment provides complete UV protection. You assume full responsibility for your sun protection practices.

Minor variations in stitching, threads, and finishing are inherent in apparel manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

We may refuse or cancel orders.

We may use third-party fraud detection systems and cancel transactions deemed high-risk.
