Shipping Policy

U.S. Orders:  Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Please see shipping methods below. All applicable duties, taxes and fees will be included in the total amount of your order. 

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. If you have any questions, we are always here to help. Please fill out our Help Form.

Delivery Times: Depending on the destination and shipping method chosen, can take 5-10 business days to deliver. Please view your tracking information for Australia destination shipments.

Shipping for all other regions will be calculated at check out. 

International Orders: We currently ship to Australia, but not other international areas at the moment. 

Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Reach out to the courier service for undelivered, lost or stolen items. We will do our best to help if needed -- reach to us with your order and tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, courier name, the date it was shipped, and the missing item(s) from your order.
