Our UPF-rated clothing is designed to provide enhanced protection against harmful UV rays; however, it does not guarantee complete prevention of UV damage or sunburns. The effectiveness of sun-protective fabrics can vary based on factors such as fit, stretch, wear, and exposure to water, detergents, or other environmental elements.

Additionally, while we maintain high-quality standards, occasional product defects may occur. Over time, the UV-blocking properties of our garments may naturally diminish due to repeated use, washing, and general wear and tear.

For optimal sun protection, we recommend using our products in combination with other sun safety measures, such as broad-spectrum sunscreen, sunglasses, and seeking shade when necessary. If you have concerns about a specific product, please contact our customer service team.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that Some Sun® shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, injuries, or health-related issues arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. Our UPF clothing is not a substitute for other sun protection measures, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its performance over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Some Sun® disclaims all liability for any claims, losses, or damages related to UV exposure, sunburns, or skin conditions that may occur while wearing our products.
